Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

Location: 

Stanford's Department of Classics will be hosting its commencement ceremony at the Centennial Fountain (in front of Green Library).

Date: 

Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 12:30 pm (PDT). 

Itinerary:

  • 12:00 pm Reception of hors d’oeuvres and beverages
  • 12:30 pm Ceremony begins (following the main campus ceremony)
  • 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm Light lunch and refreshments

RSVP:

All graduating students are required to submit this form by Friday, April 25th, even if you do not plan to attend the department graduation ceremony. 

Spring Important Deadlines: Application to Graduate

  • Thursday, March 5, 2026: Application to graduate available in Axess.
  • Friday, April 10, 2026 (5:00 p.m. PT): Application to graduate deadline. Applications received after the deadline will be assessed a $50 late fee.
  • Friday, June 5, 2026 (5:00 p.m. PT): Late application to graduate deadline.  $50 late fee. No applications will be accepted after this date.

Parking: 

The campus is extremely busy on Commencement Day. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and find parking.  The closest parking lots and structures are located at: Stanford Oval | Galvez Lot (L-96) | Track House Lot | Graduate School of Business (Parking Structure 7)
