Stanford Classics Recitatio

The Stanford Classics Department would like to welcome you to our inaugural Classics Recitatio! Please join us on Friday, June 4th from 12:30-2:30 p.m. PT to hear our wonderful undergraduates declaim great Greek and Latin works, hosted by Mellon Fellow and Classics Lecturer John Tennant. In addition to their performances in both the ancient language and an English translation that they have committed to memory, our participants will offer insights into why the passages they have chosen are meaningful and relevant to them and their study of Classics.
