Kathleen Jordan-Jump

Kathleen is the department’s Student Services Manager. She oversees all aspects of academic and student affairs for the department’s undergraduate and graduate programs, including admissions, degree progress, course scheduling, and student funding. She serves as a key resource for students, faculty, and postdoctoral scholars, ensuring compliance with university policies while supporting a positive academic experience. Kathleen also manages reporting and data analysis for enrollment, advising, and commencement, and maintains approved student-related content on the department website. She brings extensive knowledge of Stanford’s systems and processes, having previously worked at the university for seven years in another administrative role.
