PhD Candidate - Language and Literature

I am a graduate student on the language & literature track at Classics and Minor in Comparative Literature. I have received the Pigott scholarship for the academic year 2017-18. Prior to Stanford I studied at the University of Padova, Köln and Bologna. Since the time of my bachelor thesis I have researched literary and historical-cultural aspects of the Hellenistic age. I am currently interested also in ancient texts and ecology studies, in literary theory, and in the practices of knowledge in antiquity.
